Ferrow & Lisle was founded in London in 2014 by Eleanor Lisle and Marcus Ferrow with a single purpose: to give clients in cross-border disputes the attention of senior advocates from the first call to the final award. We opened our New York office in 2026.
We act in international arbitration, commercial litigation, investigations, regulatory disputes, public international law and asset recovery. Our clients include listed companies, family businesses, financial institutions, states and state entities, and the individuals who lead them.
We are deliberately small. Every matter is led by a partner who stays with it, teams are built around the case rather than the other way round, and we tell clients plainly what we think of their prospects. We would rather take fewer matters and do each one well.
