A judgment or award is only as valuable as the assets it can reach. We plan for enforcement from the first day of a dispute, so that the evidence gathered and the relief sought serve the eventual recovery.
We obtain freezing, disclosure and search orders, pursue assets held through trusts and offshore structures, and coordinate enforcement in several jurisdictions at once. We work closely with forensic accountants, investigators and insolvency practitioners, and we direct their work so that it remains admissible and proportionate.
