Priya Raman

Priya Raman is a partner in the London office and heads the investigations and regulatory practice. She advises boards, audit committees and senior executives on internal investigations, regulatory enforcement and allegations of fraud and bribery.

Priya spent six years as a prosecutor before moving into private practice, and that experience informs her practical advice on dealing with investigators and on when, and how, to cooperate. She writes and speaks regularly on corporate governance and whistleblowing.
