A former supplier claimed more than €90 million from a European logistics group, alleging the wrongful termination of a long-term warehousing and supply agreement.
We defended the group before a three-member tribunal seated in Paris. Our case rested on a close reconstruction of the supplier's performance record and on expert evidence of the market value of the services it had failed to deliver.
The tribunal dismissed the principal claims and ordered the claimant to bear most of our client's costs.
